The Mental Welfare Commission for Scotland and NHS Education for Scotland collaborates to bring to you a series of podcasts on ‘There is no such thing as an AWI’.
These podcasts introduce you to different aspects of the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000 from a wide range of people sharing their perspectives, learning, and experiences.
Three new episodes of the There is no such thing as an AWI podcast is recently added to Podbean. They feature an advanced clinical practitioner who has recently completed the Assessment of Capacity course and a mental health officer sharing their experiences of using the AWI Act to support people whose discharge from hospital has been delayed.
